Mini Block Heels

I am really liking the mini block heels that are starting to be seen in various shops. I first saw the Sam Edelman sandals and thought the heel was really cute, plus I just don't like wearing full flats, feel like my legs look nicer with a little heel, especially on boots. I then saw Kate Bosworth in a nice classic black pair of ballerinas also with a little metallic heel, which are are actually by Asos, but unfortunately have sold out now.
I was shopping in Asda the other day and noticed that they are now doing a few different types of these shoes with the mini block heels. I tried on a pair of black patent loafer style ones which have a section of pony skin on the front and loved them. They are really comfortable too and well worth it at £14. I thought they would only go with dresses and shorts but I think they look cool with jeans too.
They also do a quilted pair which are pale pink and black, a classic black pair with a bow and the slipper style shoes that are now in in both black and leopard print so theres a variety to choose from, all with the block heel. Also another little tip, just checked out George online and my shoes are now £7, half the price, really tempted to take mine back and purchased online ha! Such a Cheapskate!

Free People September Catalogue

I just came across the new Free People range and its great! Basically its Kate Moss inspired, its obvious as the looks are very wearable, effortless and grunge. I thought the prices would be decent but to be honest they are a little on the expensive side, might have to wait for the sales!
In particular I love..
The dreamweaver bag
The swing coat
The embroidered jacket
Montecito bag, around £42. I know I've seen a lot of vintage saddle bags like this on ebay so might have a good search. I'm also crazy about the Cavalier boots which are shown on one of the earlier photos in a cream and bronze colour, along with the leopard print coat!

I Love The Pierces

I love The Pierces music and style. Its not very often I like the music of today but theirs is rather unique, Fleetwood Mac inspired I'd say. Their style is effortless bohemian and their hair always looks natural and gorgeous.
I saw them Live in Sheffield and they were really good, along with Marcus Foster. One of my favourite songs by The Pierces.. Notice the single tusk earring, love it :)

Oxblood Totes

I love the oxblood colour, especially when used for shoes and bags. It such a nice deep red colour with a hint of brown which I think looks really expensive; and in some cases is. Take the Mulberry Del Rey bag priced at £795 which I noticed Sienna wearing.
Then there's the Louis Vuitton Sofia bag Miranda Kerr has been spotted wearing loads, its gorgeous but costs over £2000!
I also love the Prada Saffiano and Tessuto Tote which Sienna Miller also has and wore a tonne a while back, this one is probably my favourite out of the three I have shown.
Miranda Kerr also has it :(
I just recently managed to find my own ox blood coloured tote and I love it. Of course I found one much cheaper. Its the D Lisk bag by Dune and costs just £70, luckily I got it for half this price on Ebay and its brand new! Although its not real leather its looks it and in my opinion looks just as detailed and expensive looking as the designer ones. It has the chunky gold zips, the slouch style to it and lots of compartments inside. I have seen it in House of Fraser and its available on the Dune website. Here it is..
Save yourself some pennies (or a lot of pounds) if your after an oxblood tote :)

Whats the closest you can get to those Chloe Susan boots everyone loves?

I have loved the studded ankle boots for years, soon as I saw them on Sienna and Kate I wanted them but the price tag of around £800 is pretty dramatic!
I recently decided to do some searching to find some that looked as close to the real ones as possible. And finally my answer to that question is the Office Nighthawk Boots, £80. They are on the website and ebay for the same price and in comparison to the price of the Chloes they are a bargain. I decided to buy myself a pair and I absolutely love them, really good quality too, I would highly recommend them so people save money.
I have now also just found (after already purchasing the black) that they have released them in white and red too. I am so tempted with the red but I think its probably best to get my use from just the one pair. If they get reduced they are a must haha..Hope this helps anyone who has been lusting after the boots :)

Chloe Wedge Trainers

I couldn't resist buying some Chloe wedge trainers, reduced from around £300 to £144 in the sales. They came all beautifully wrapped too (which was free). I like the fact that they are brown so will pretty much go with everything...

I am loving the wedge trainers out at the moment, Obviously the Isabel Marant ones are the best and the most unique but there are a lot of similair alternatives on the market!
